The Interim Regulatory Commission (IRC) has selected Legal Drafting Consultant, Lydia Elliott, to draft uniform legislation that would enable the establishment of a Regional Regulator for Citizenship by Investment Programmes (CIP/CBI) in the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union.
